1. No Refunds for Damages or Delays During Transit
We do not issue refunds for products that are damaged or delayed during transit. Once the products leave our facility, they are under the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for any issues related to transit.
2. Returns for Incorrect Products
If you receive products that are not according to your order (e.g., incorrect items, wrong quantities, or wrong specifications), you are eligible to return the products. To qualify for a return and refund:

- Condition: The products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Return Shipping Charges: We will cover the return shipping charges for products that are returned due to our error. Please use the return shipping label provided by us.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned products, we will process your refund. The refund will include:
- The full purchase price of the returned products.
- The return shipping charges, if applicable.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 30 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
